In The Kitchen with Blue Apron…

Sweater: Express | Leggings: lululemon | Slippers: Express

Happy Tuesday, everyone!! One of my biggest goals for 2018 is to be healthy and more specifically to cook at home more, eat out less, drink soda only on the weekends and to drink half of my weight in ounces of water a day. So far I’ve actually been doing pretty well with this goal and I hope I can keep it up!!

If you’ve read my blog for a while now you’ve seen me post about Blue Apron before (last in this post), but we got a delivery a couple weeks ago and the recipe was such a hit so I wanted to share it with all of you – especially you mamas who have kids who love pasta!! On the menu was Creamy Lamuca Rigata Pasta with Butter Lettuce and Orange Salad. My kids LOVE pasta (or “pa’getti” as it’s called around here) and mac & cheese so I thought this recipe would be perfect for the whole family, not just me and Drew. It was seriously so tasty and filling and I actually really loved the side salad that came with it!

Blue Apron delivers delicious, chef-designed recipes straight to your doorstep with all the farm-fresh ingredients in exactly the right proportions. It even comes in a refrigerated box so all the ingredients will stay fresh even if you’re not at home when it arrives. There’s no commitment and you can skip or cancel the service at any time!! My favorite part is that I don’t have to leave my house and go to the grocery store. The idea sounds exhausting!! Being a busy, working mom I’ve always loved the convenience of Blue Apron and we seriously have loved every single recipe we’ve ever made! They are constantly adding new dishes to their menu and Drew loves when he sees a Blue Apron package because he knows he’ll be getting a yummy, home cooked meal soon ;) I

Right now they are offering $40 off your first two weeks for the first 50 readers who sign up. Click here to redeem the offer! Happy cooking!
