Happy Friday, everyone!! I’ve been getting A LOT of questions about our time in Mexico and where we stayed, so I  thought I’d do a blog post sharing all of the details. For the first half of our trip we stayed at Fairmont Mayakoba! This was our first time staying at this resort so we were excited to stay someplace new and spend a few days in beautiful Cancun. The most popular question is is the resort family-friendly, and it is!!!! We saw lots of families with little kids playing in the pools and going down the slides and it made us miss our babies so much!

The beach, the pools, the views, the activities, the food, the company — we loved it all and can’t wait to take Isla Rose and Jackson back with us next time!!! Let me know if you have any questions in the comments below.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Brought to you by Fairmont Mayakoba.

  1. this resort always catches my eye when looking for a tropical vacation, but my husband is never excited about the idea because the rooms look so far from the beach. What are your thoughts about staying in the more inland resort? Is it a pain to schlep back and forth to the beach? How long does it take to get from the rooms to the beach? I would love your insight!
    Thanks Rachel :)
